Home care and domiciliary care
Right to work checks for home care and domiciliary care staff
Carers are out on visits, not at a desk. Requests reach them on their phone, they send the share code back in about three minutes, and we run the check and file the result before the rota is built.
14-day free trial. Most services are set up the same day.
A familiar situation
Where the gap usually shows up
A carer has thirty visits on the rota this week. Her permission to work ended on Sunday, and the date was on a scanned document in her HR file that nobody opened.
- Requests go to carers by text, so they reach people who are out on visits
- Coordinators see who is due before the rota is built
- Overdue staff are flagged the day their permission ends
- Carers upload certificates from their phone, no account needed
The pack
One pack that shows a worker is eligible to work here
Right to work, checked on gov.uk and dated. Qualifications, training and DBS, uploaded by the worker or by you, and accepted by you. Every item shows where it came from and when.
Produce it for one worker, one service or the whole organisation, as it stood on any date. Send it as a PDF or a link with a verification code the recipient can check.

Questions we get from home care
- Our carers change phone numbers often. What happens then?
- A request that can't be delivered is recorded as failed against that worker, and the register shows you who has no working contact details, so you can fix it before the follow-up date rather than after it.
- Can a coordinator see who is due without seeing documents?
- Yes. Deputies see statuses and follow-up dates and can send requests, but not the documents behind a check. Owners and managers see everything.
- We run the rota in a separate system. Does this connect to it?
- No, and nothing needs to. Export your staff list, upload it, and the register is built from that. There is nothing to integrate and nothing to migrate.
