Supported living

Right to work and staff eligibility for supported living services

Small teams across several settings, each keeping their own files. One register holds them all, each team leader sees their own, and a single worker's file is produced in under a minute.

14-day free trial. Most services are set up the same day.

A familiar situation

Where the gap usually shows up

Staff work across several small settings, and each team leader keeps their own files. When one person's right to work history is requested, it takes a morning to put together.

  • One register across every setting, with a view for each
  • Team leaders see status without seeing documents
  • A single worker's file produced in under a minute
  • One pack per worker covering right to work and qualifications

The pack

One pack that shows a worker is eligible to work here

Right to work, checked on gov.uk and dated. Qualifications, training and DBS, uploaded by the worker or by you, and accepted by you. Every item shows where it came from and when.

Produce it for one worker, one service or the whole organisation, as it stood on any date. Send it as a PDF or a link with a verification code the recipient can check.

Questions

Questions we get from supported living

We have six settings under one organisation. Is that one account?
One account, with each setting as a service inside it. Staff belong to a service, team leaders can be limited to theirs, and a pack can cover one service or all of them.
Can we set different requirements for different settings?
Yes. Each service sets what everyone working there must hold, so a setting that needs a particular training record can require it without imposing it on the rest.
Staff move between settings. Does their record follow them?
Yes. The record belongs to the person, and their history stays intact when they move, so nothing has to be rebuilt.
